David Xu joined American Securities in 2014. He leads commercial and market due diligence on potential U.S. acquisitions from Asia angle, and supports in developing and executing market strategy, add-on investment opportunities and other value-adds for our companies in Asia. Prior to joining American Securities, David was with PwC Consulting’s China Strategy team as an Associate Director, where he worked with multi-national and Chinese clients to help develop and improve their China businesses. He provided transaction support such as diligence, M&A negotiation; and helped develop their strategies on market entries and turnarounds. Before that, he was with L.E.K. Consulting in Shanghai as a consultant and manager. David received a BS in Economics from Fudan University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
