Bio

Dan Darazsdi joined American Securities in 2016. He supports our portfolio companies by helping them build their internal finance teams, capture Big Data opportunities, prepare for IPOs, and help with CFO tasks related to capital markets. Prior to joining American Securities, Dan held Chief Financial Officer roles at Cytec, a public company in the advanced carbon fiber composites and specialty chemicals sectors, and Pharmaceutical Product Development, a clinical research company. Prior thereto, he spent 25 years with Honeywell International, where he held a variety of U.S. and international finance roles, including VP, CFO Finance Transformation & Operations and VP, CFO Specialty Materials. Dan received a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University.
