Bio

Chris DiSantis joined American Securities in 2019. He works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas. Prior to joining American Securities, Chris was the CEO of Verso Corporation, a publicly-traded paper, packaging, and pulp producer. Prior to Verso, he was CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals (now part of Carpenter Technology), and President and COO of Hawk Corporation (now part of Carlisle Companies). Chris began his career in private equity with Bankers Trust. Chris received a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
