Aaron Maeng joined American Securities in 2014. He is currently a Director of BELFOR, Foundation Building Materials, and Hexion. Previously, Aaron was a Director of Henry Company and Oregon Tool. Prior to joining American Securities, Aaron was an Associate at Battery Ventures, where he focused on growth and buyout transactions involving software & services and industrial technology. He also previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies & Company, Inc. in the TMT Investment Banking group and as a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Aaron started his career as a systems engineer at CenturyLink, Inc. Aaron received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
