Joined American Industrial Partners in 2018. Ms. Li most recently was an Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Morgan Stanley where she advised industrial clients on M&A and financing transactions. Joined Morgan Stanley as a Credit Analyst where she underwrote lending transactions in the industrial and transportation sectors. Ms. Li graduated with honors from University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, where she was also a Choral Scholar. Graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and International Economics.
