Joined American Industrial Partners in 2015. Served as the President and CEO to several of the predecessor companies for the REV Group, Inc. (Capacity of Texas, Collins Industries, and Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc.) and served as the President and CEO of Heil Trailer International. Randall Swift also served as the President of EnTrans International, the combined entity of Heil Trailer, Kalyn Siebert, SERVA Group, and Polar Tank Trailers. In his role as an AIP Operating Partner, Mr. Swift has also served interim roles as the CEO at both GE Current and The Brock Group. Prior to his affiliation with AIP, Randall held various management positions within the Cummins distributor organization. Mr. Swift is an engineer by education with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University.
