Bio

Michela joined Ambienta in September 2021 as Head of HR and is based in Milan. Prior to this, she spent six years with AlixPartners as People Business Partner and gained more than six years of HR experience in various industries in Italy, Austria and Kazakhstan. She holds a degree in Psychology from La Sapienza University (Rome, Italy) and a MasterOP (Organization and Human Resources) from Bocconi University (Milan).
