As Director of Financial Process at Ambassador Enterprises, Deana assesses and implements best practice process improvements and discerns best strategies for successful execution across the organization. Deana holds a B.S. Business degree in Accounting from Indiana University Fort Wayne, Management Certification from Boston University, and Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking certification. She has served as Senior Operations Leader at a Fortune 500 Insurance Company with experience in governing system conversion projects and integrations, relationship management, coaching, and process improvements. Before joining AE, Deana was the Community Relationship Manager with Three Rivers Federal Credit Union. Deana also serves various nonprofit organizations, including as Treasurer for Decatur Sculpture Tour, board member for Junior Achievement Decatur/Monroe, and North Adams Athletic Fund. She also volunteers for Decatur Wrestling Club and is a Praise Team singer at First United Methodist Church Decatur. She and her husband, Mick, have been married 30 years and have two grown sons, Carter and Caden.
