Freddie Brooks is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of LXi REIT Advisors within the Alvarium Capital Markets team. LXI REIT Advisors is the Investment Advisor to LXi REIT plc, the long income inflation protected real estate investment trust that is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index with a £1billion market capitalisation. His role is to lead on all strategic financial matters including fund reporting, borrowing strategy, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and the monitoring of internal controls. Freddie also heads liaison with the independent non-executive board of directors of LXi REIT plc.
