Elena is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Alvarium Investment Managers SA. Prior to joining Alvarium, she was a Partner at Albacore SA, founded in 2015, where she focused on business development. From 2009 to 2015, Elena was a Family Officer and Business Developer at Starfin, which was established in 1982 by a prominent Italian entrepreneurial family. From 1995 to 2008, she developed her professional career in the financial sector at Lehman Brothers in Milan and London. She graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Lugano (USI).
