Charlotte is an Associate Partner at Alvarium. She is a member of the real estate team and has significant experience in long income, social housing and commercial property investment. Charlotte is a qualified solicitor and, prior to joining Alvarium, practised at a City law firm, specialising in commercial real estate. Charlotte’s role includes negotiating, structuring and implementing property transactions, strategic decision making, and investment committee, board and investor reporting. She has been responsible for the management and execution of over £1bn long income, social housing and commercial property transactions and assists unlisted and listed real estate funds with raising equity and debt finance. Prior to joining Alvarium, Charlotte trained and practised as a solicitor at City law firm, Travers Smith LLP, where she advised developers, lenders and property funds on a range of commercial real estate matters, including commercial and residential development and forward funding, acquisitions and disposal, re-financing and landlord and tenant work.
