Bio

Carlos is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Advisory division at Alvarium. He has more than 25 years of experience working in finance and operations. Carlos was most recently a Project Manager at Diageo PLC, where he was involved in negotiating joint ventures and acquisitions and the integration of such acquisitions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at World Threads Inc dba Eberjey, a designer, producer, wholesaler and retailer of womens’ apparel and sleepwear. Prior to that he held positions at Interprise Technology Partners, The Latin America Enterprise Fund, Buenos Aires Capital Partners and Lehman Brothers. Carlos holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
