Since joining Alto Partners in 2018, Federico Zaffaroni has served as a Director responsible for deal origination, execution, monitoring and exit. Prior to joining Alto Partners, he was employed from 2015 to 2018 at Hedge Invest SGR, an alternative asset investment platform where he served as a member of the investment committee, and from 2007 to 2015 with Mandarin Capital Partners as a Senior Associate. Prior to that time, he worked together with Enrico Ricotta for two years at the private equity advisory firm R&D Advisory. Federico Zaffaroni graduated in Economics and Finance from LIUC University in Castellanza where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Merchant Banking.
