During his time at Alterna, Roger has focused his efforts on the industrial sector, and secondary market transactions. Roger is a supervisory board member of Alterna’s investments in AMG Graphit Kropfmühl and a board member of Bogala Graphite. Additionally, Roger was the Managing Partner responsible for overseeing the compliance function of the Investment Manager. Roger has spent nearly 30 years in various facets of commercial banking and finance, with the last 20 years focused on structured financial products and Core Capital Asset investing. He has led and advised on transactions related to alternative energy, commercial aircraft, industrial facilities, portfolio acquisitions and mineral resource development. Prior to co-founding Alterna, Roger was a Managing Director in Citigroup's Core Capital Assets investment business responsible for strategic initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Montana School of Mines and a M.B.A. from Cornell University.
