Bio

Mr. De Cardenas joined Alta in 2019. He has over eight years of experience in Management Consulting, Banking and Private Equity in Mexico, New York, and Peru. His participation in the fund includes active involvement in investment opportunities and generating value in portfolio companies. Prior to joining Alta, Mr. De Cardenas was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working in strategy, operations and transformation projects with companies in financial services, retail and industrial goods. Prior to BCG, he was a Summer Associate with JP Morgan Chase & Co. in the Management Associate program in New York. Previously, he spent 5 years working for the Intercorp Group in Peru in private equity, consumer finance, and corporate banking.
