Harald Pöttinger (born in 1960) studied business administration and law at the University of Innsbruck. He started his career in 1988 as head of the tax audit at Vorarlberger Landes- und Hypothekenbank AG. As a result, his areas of responsibility extended to key account management, restructuring, sales management, risk management, etc. In 1997, the doctor of law took over the management of the corporate customer department. A year later, Harald Pöttinger built up the venture capital agenda of the Vorarlberger Hypo Bank and subsequently established Alpine Equity ® as an important equity provider in Austria. In addition, Harald Pöttinger holds a position on the board of several Viennese investment companies.
