Ana Paula Bannwart has worked with members of the Alothon Group since 1997. Prior to Alothon, she served as Director of the Latin America Private Equity Group of Deutsche Bank. As Director, she was responsible for originating, structuring, marketing, and overseeing Deutsche Bank's private equity investments in Latin America, with special focus on Brazil. She has acted as CFO of a portfolio company in Brazil as well as board member of various portfolio companies. Previously, she has served in various capacities in the São Paulo-based investment banking divisions of Bankers Trust, Citibank and Banco Pactual, and in the auditing arm of Price Waterhouse. Ms. Bannwart holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo.
