Tim Webb is responsible for AIP’s portfolio operations where he applies more than 25 years of executive leadership, industrial and manufacturing experience to help drive value creation and transformative change. Prior to joining AIP, Tim served as the CFO of Teal Systems LLC, a lower-middle-market industrial services company. Prior to Teal, Tim spent 13 years at Caterpillar in various financial positions of increasing responsibility culminating as the Financial Leader of Caterpillar’s North American Excavator Division. Trained on Lean Six Sigma, a team-focused managerial approach that seeks to improve performance by eliminating waste while boosting the standardization of work.
