Bio

Bradford B. Rossi is responsible for AIP’s strategic direction and firm oversight, and is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring AIP’s investments. He applies more than 15 years of executive leadership, transactional, and private equity experience to partner with industrial companies. Prior to co-founding AIP in 2019, Bradford served as a partner and co-head of M&A for a lower middle market industrial-focused private equity firm, where he held numerous board-level positions and served on the investment committee. Former private equity partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he facilitated over $60 billion in M&A transactions. Former U.S. Army officer and veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was deployed to Afghanistan.
