In 1992 Keith founded Harbison Corporation with the acquisition of a small blow molding company with revenue of approximately $4.5M. Since its inception, Harbison Corporation (under the operating company name, Pretium Packaging LLC) acquired eleven companies making it one of the largest plastic bottle manufacturers in North America. Pretium Packaging is a full service manufacturer of plastic bottles and closures for the personal care, pharmaceutical, food, household chemical and agricultural chemical markets. The company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, operates twelve manufacturing facilities from southern California through the Midwest and Northeast and Canada. At the time of its sale in 2010 to a private equity firm, the revenues of the company had reached approximately $230M. During his tenure with Pretium, Keith had served as Chairman, CEO and President. Prior to forming Harbison Corporation, Keith was involved in commercial real estate development, building office buildings for tenants such as IBM, Citicorp, Southwestern Bell and Hewlett Packard. Keith was a co-founder, officer and director of Com-Link 21, a long distance resale company which was sold to MCI WorldCom. Mr. Harbison graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
