Bio

Bob joined Alitus Partners in 2021 as its CFO, working closely with portfolio company management teams to develop finance and accounting rigor. He is responsible for all financial functions of portfolio companies, including accounting, audit, treasury, costing, corporate finance, and budgeting, as they deliver on strategic plans. Prior to Alitus, Bob started his career in commercial lending before moving into a corporate finance role. As the finance leader, including CFO, Bob has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in various industries, mainly in manufacturing, for companies ranging from $50 million to over $5 billion in revenue. Bob has extensive experience in leading business plan development, financial analysis and forecasting, process improvement, cash flow management, competitive analysis, and KPI development. Bob earned his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School at DePaul University in Chicago.
