Paolo joined Aliante Partners in 2011 as a Senior Associate with the aim to support the Senior Partners in the analysis of investment opportunities and the transactions’ execution. Before joining Aliante, Paolo worked more than 6 years in Deloitte. After two years spent in the Audit division, Paolo moved to the M&A – Advisory Services division, where he had been involved in many buy-side and sell-side due diligence. Main clients were boh multinational Corporation (FIAT, Thyssenkrupp, ENI, SNAI, Rhiag) and PE Firms (Permyra, Credit Suisse, Alpha Investments, InvestIndustrial, Mandarin). Mr. Gallotti obtained a degree in Economics and Finance from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
