Justine is a Managing Director at Aleph Capital Partners. She is also a founding partner of Co-Investment Capital, which she launched in 2008, where she has played a pivotal role in structuring and raising capital on eighteen deals up to £100m. She has almost twenty years’ experience in the financial services industry, including ten years spent in investment banking, were she worked on over 40 deals at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank as a Director, with a particular focus on originating and structuring new issues in Equity Capital Markets for large corporates and private equity firms and then marketing them to international institutions and alternative asset managers, raising in excess of £20bn. Before founding Co-Investment Capital, Justine spent a year working at Palmer/Oakley Capital, a boutique alternative asset management and third party marketing firm. Justine holds a BA in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College, USA.
