Bio

Martin was a co-founder of Alchemy Partners and a Partner between 1997 and 2007. He now acts as a senior adviser, supporting the development of the firm. He was also the Non-Executive Chairman of Capita Group from 2010 to 2016. Previously he was Chief Executive & Vice President of Finance within Lonrho Hotels, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Martin has a degree in Economics from Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant.
