Bio

Alison joined Alchemy in 2020 following almost 30 years’ experience working in HR in the financial services sector and other global businesses. Prior to joining Alchemy, Alison spent three years as Group Head of HR for JCRA, an independent financial risk advisor, having previously been Head of HR for Sanlam Private Wealth, where she worked for over a decade. She is responsible for supporting the firm with all HR matters, with a particular focus on recruitment and development. Alison has a degree in French and English from Kings College, London University.
