Sébastien Gauthier (Ms. Sc. in engineering, MBA Harvard Business School) is a recognized professional of distressed companies. He has financial, operational and strategic skills acquired through complementary experiences of general management of industrial companies in distress situation, specialized investment funds or consulting firms. In France, Sébastien Gauthier started his career with Air France. At Caravelle, an industrial holding, he participated, together with other turnaround professionals, in the operational restructuring of Girard Agediss. Since 2011, he has managed companies on behalf of Alandia Industries, e.g. companies having filed for bankruptcy or companies facing cash flow or profitability issues. He participated in the turnaround of the companies Allodiagnostic and Continentale Nutrition. Since April 2016, Sébastien Gauthier has been leading the operational and financial restructuring of Carbone Savoie. Finally, he participates at Alandia Industries in the analysis of investment cases, the preparation of operational and financial restructuring plans, the structuring of takeover offers and negotiations in the context of spin-offs or out-of-court acquisitions.
