Clément joined Alandia Industries in September 2021 after 7 years of experience in restructuring consulting at PwC (Transactions department). Through his experience at PwC (2015-2021), Clément has developed a deep expertise in operational and financial support of underperforming companies. Working alongside more than 40 companies and groups – both industrial and service companies – in France (including New Caledonia), the UK, Belgium, Sweden and Cameroon, Clément has been involved in investment and financing matters (financial due diligence and independent financial reviews for companies in good standing and in proceedings), business plan modelling and cash flow forecasts, as well as working capital optimisation issues (from the diagnosis to the execution of the action plan). Clément is fluent in English and Spanish. He graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen (Neoma Business School, class of 2014, master in corporate finance).
