Mr. Boisseuil joined in 2018 the London office bringing more than 10 years of work experience as strategy consultant, private equity investor and M&A banker, most recently at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division for three years. At Morgan Stanley, he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts and IPOs within the Energy team. Prior to that, he worked as Engagement Manager at Corporate Value Associates focusing on CEO-level strategic assignments in the energy & industrials sectors and commercial due diligences for private equity firms based out of Paris, Shanghai and London. French national, he is coordinating the AGIC France coverage. He speaks French, English, Mandarin and Russian. Benoit holds an MBA from London Business School, a Diplôme de Grande Ecole from Ecole Centrale (Lyon) in France and Business Mandarin certification from East China Normal University (Shanghai).
