Michael O’Sullivan is a Partner and General Counsel of AGI Partners LLC, an alternative investment management firm that deploys capital in private equity investments and special situation opportunities from our funds. Mr. O’Sullivan has approximately 20 years of sophisticated legal experience, both in large law firms and in-house at major US companies. Mr. O’Sullivan has a J.D. with High Honors from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College.
