Karl Lankmayr has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting and SMEs and has been Managing Director of AG Capital since 2021. Before joining AG Capital, since 2014, Karl had been managing aws Mittelstandsfonds, an Austrian private equity fund focusing on the SME segment, where he held numerous advisory and supervisory board positions in portfolio companies. Prior to that, he held various positions at Noreia Capital, Alukönigstahl Group, Raiffeisen Investment/Lazard and PwC Corporate Finance. Karl studied International Business Administration at the FH Kufstein and La Trobe University Melbourne. Further, he completed executive education programmes at the London Business School and Harvard Business School.
