Bio

Mr. Muchow has over 40 years experience in managing turnarounds and start-up ventures in the agricultural and food industry segments. Through recent consulting assignments, he served as interim president and COO of an integrated poultry processing, CEO of a lamb and veal processing company and president of Iowa Premium Beef. Previously, he was president of IBP’s China Joint Venture and held senior executive roles at several public and private integrated food and agricultural companies. Mr.Muchow holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Agricultural Economics, from South Dakota State University and the University of Missouri, respectively, and an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado. Additionally, he was a Captain, Flight Commander and Instructor in the United States Airforce for T-38 and F-4 Aircraft. Currently, he serves as chair of several professional and civic organizations.
