Bio

Mr. Digirolamo has over 30 years senior management experience as CFO, VP/SVP, chairman, and board member for numerous public and private companies throughout the automotive, insurance, and technology industries. He has extensive experience in carve-outs, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and business transformation. Mr. Digirolamo was VP for General Motors Corporation serving as CFO in Europe managing the restructuring of Opel, and as Board Chairman he completed the sale of Saab Motors. He was also CFO of GM South America successfully reorganizing the Brazil and Argentina operations. In addition, Mr. Digirolamo served as CFO of Covisint. As SVP at Allstate, he led the transformation and reorganization of the agency network. Mr. Digirolamo holds a BS from Central Michigan University, an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, and completed the Senior Executive Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Roundtable at Central Michigan University and a member of the Detroit Opera House Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
