Bio

Mr. Antonio is a Co-Founding Partner of AFI and has over 30 years of experience operating, advising and investing in US and European businesses going through change and has served on the board of directors of 15 private and public companies. Prior to AFI, Mr. Antonio served as the Head of Private Equity at Garrison Investment Group and Co-Head of Private Equity at Perry Capital. Mr. Antonio also worked in Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Finance and Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory Group as well as for General Motors and Delphi Corp. for approximately 13 years in various senior operating management and business development capacities in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Antonio graduated, Cum Laude, from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Currently, Mr. Antonio is a member of The Dean’s Leadership Council for Syracuse University’s College of Engineering & Computer Science, and co-founder of the not-for-profit Promise for Puerto Rico, Inc.
