Bio

Currently the Head of Affinity Equity Partners Australia, Mr Sutton joined Affinity in 2004 and became a Partner in 2009. Prior to Affinity, he focused on debt restructuring in the investment banking division of UBS in Australia. He began his career with Ernst & Young, where he played a pivotal role on a wide range of M&A advisory and business due diligence transactions in the banking and financial services sector, based in E&Y’s Singapore, New York and Australian offices. Mr Sutton holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University of Technology. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia.
