Bio

Tim is a Partner on AEA’s Small Business Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the industrials, consumer & services sectors. Tim serves on the boards of Allied Power Group, American Expediting, Barnet Products, Chemtron RiverBend, CIMSense, Montway and Rees Scientific. He was also on the boards of former AEA portfolio companies Aramsco Holdings, Balboa Instruments, Flow Control Group and The Evans Network of Companies. Prior to joining AEA, Tim was a strategy consultant with The Parthenon Group in Boston in the firm’s private equity practice. During his time there, he developed acquisition perspectives for clients principally in the consumer products and services sectors. Tim earned an A.B. in psychology from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
