Bio

Nan is a Partner on AEA’s Private Debt team. In her role, Nan focuses on senior debt investments and along with Keith Alexander, is responsible for managing AEA’s two senior debt portfolios. Prior to joining AEA, Nan’s experience included nine years as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston in leveraged finance and corporate restructuring. She also spent several years providing independent consulting and strategic planning services to Align Communications Inc., an international technology consulting firm. Nan earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with honors.
