Bio

Jeff is a Principal on AEA’s Private Debt team. In his role, he focuses on senior and mezzanine debt investment opportunities. Prior to joining AEA, he worked in the investment banking group at Sandler O’Neil and Partners, focusing on recapitalization and restructuring advisory. Prior to Sandler O’Neil, he was at Gleacher and Company in the restructuring and reorganization group. Jeff earned a B.B.A. with honors in finance and accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Jeff is involved in Braven, a program focused on career preparation for first-generation college students, in varying roles including a Professional Mentor. Previously, he has been involved in the NYC Mentoring Program, which pairs professionals with high school students to advise on college and career opportunities, and Read Ahead, a reading-based mentoring program for elementary school students in NYC.
