Mr. Hess is a Vice President at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on financial modeling, due diligence and executing new investments along with monitoring portfolio investments in the firm’s structured solutions strategy. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2020, Mr. Hess was an Associate with Oaktree Capital Management where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting and monitoring portfolio investments across the capital structure. Prior to Oaktree, Mr. Hess was an Analyst at Moelis & Company, where he focused on M&A, restructuring and strategic corporate advisory across a broad spectrum of industries including aerospace and defense, chemicals and healthcare. Mr. Hess graduated from Lehigh University where he earned his BS in Finance.
