Bio

Vineet Kuroodi joined Avent in 2021 and is a member of the Digital team where he uses Data Science to provide unique insight into the investment process. Most recently, Vineet was a Senior Data Scientist at CircleUp, where he led the development of a Machine Learning based algorithmic sourcing strategy that leveraged alternative datasets to identify top performers within the early-stage CPG space. Prior to CircleUp, Vineet worked as a chip designer in various semiconductor industries in the Silicon Valley ranging from touch screen sensors to flash memory design. Vineet holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Davis and the University of Southern California respectively.
