Bio

Ugo Posada joined Advent in 2014. He has experience as a management consultant working for Bain & Company in their London and Mexico City offices, and most recently leading the consulting practice of the Social Investment Bank, a non-profit based in Bogotá. He also has experience in the Oil & Gas sector having worked for BP Plc, with assignments in Colombia, Latin America and BP´s headquarters in London. Ugo has been involved in multiple management consulting engagements across different sectors and capabilities. Ugo holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, cum laude, and first in class, from Universidad de los Andes, and an MBA from the JL Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
