Silvana Machado joined Advent in 2022. Previously she was a Consultant with Egon Zehnder, leading Executive Search, Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development. Silvana was also Partner and Country Leader of A.T. Kerney in Brazil, where she also led the Financial Services Practice. During this period, she served clients in the development of strategies, design of new businesses, organizational (re)design, mergers & acquisitions and performance improvement programs. Prior to that, she was a senior executive with both Banco ABN Amro Real and Banco Santander, responsible for Strategic Planning and Client Segment Management for the Retail Bank. Silvana got her MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo.
