Bio

Rogerio Cafruni joined Advent in 2014. Previously, he held management positions in sales and operations planning and supply chain management at BRF, a large food manufacturer in Brazil. Rogerio also spent four years with McKinsey where he worked on numerous strategy, operational improvements and merger integration projects across the consumer goods, retail, financial services and telecom sectors. He began his career with Deloitte, where he spent six years and specialized in tax & M&A consulting for multi-national companies. Rogerio holds a bachelor's degree in International Business and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
