Bio

Rebecca joined Advent in 2020. She is a seasoned strategy, marketing and general management executive, with wide-ranging experience as a tech entrepreneur, management consultant, and senior leader in CPG and healthcare corporations. Prior to joining Advent, she was Senior Vice President of Growth at the private equity firm, Serent Capital where she focused on value creation for SaaS-based companies in a wide-range of sectors. Prior to joining Serent, Rebecca served as the General Manager of North America for Hydralyte –a health and wellness CPG brand out of Australia. Previously, Rebecca worked as the VP of Global consumer marketing for Mylan Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Mylan, Rebecca worked at PepsiCo where she was responsible for the Aquafina and SoBe brands, at Avon where she led global digital strategy and operations, and at McKinsey and Company as a consultant for media and technology companies. Rebecca has a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
