Bio

Raul Guadarrama joined Advent in 2018 and is a member of the global Portfolio Support Group, supporting development and implementation of value creation plans. Prior to joining Advent, Raul was with T-Mobile USA where he led a team that developed products and utilized big data to identify and solve customer pain points. Previously, he worked at Amazon.com in various roles across their digital & physical retail as well as operations. Raul started his career at the Boston Consulting Group where he supported Fortune 100 clients across multiple geographies and industries. Raul received his BS in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
