Bio

Rafael Patury joined Advent International in 2012. Previously he spent four years at Bain & Company, working on strategy, operations and merger and acquisition projects for major Latin American companies in different industries, including utilities, airlines and telecom. Rafael also worked for SIP Capital analyzing investment strategies for public companies in the Latin America region. Rafael holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with honors from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
