Matt Harold joined Advent in 2022 as the ESG Director. Prior to joining Advent, Matt was a member of EY’s strategy practice, EY-Parthenon, and Client Services Lead for EY Global Sustainability. While at EY, Matt’s focus was engaging with C-level client representatives on ESG topics and helping Private Equity houses design and embed ESG considerations that preserve and create value. Prior to focusing on ESG at EY, Matt spent six years in EY’s Consulting practice leading large scale transformation programs. Matt holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Business School Lausanne and a JD in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.
