JW McGovern joined Advent in 2022. Prior to Advent, JW worked at Hellman & Friedman, where he focused on investments in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, JW was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. JW earned a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with Distinction.
