Bio

Caroline Elder joined Advent in 2022 as a Vice President and focuses on investments in retail, consumer and leisure companies. Prior to joining Advent, she was a member of the industrials and transportation team at The Carlyle Group. Previously, Caroline was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan on the restructuring and leveraged finance teams, based in the New York and London offices. Caroline received a BA in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
