Antoine Guillen joined Advent in 2017 as part of the Portfolio Support Group to help improve portfolio company performance. Before joining Advent, Antoine had a similar role during 5 years within the Portfolio team at Cinven, working alongside management across a variety of investments in Europe. He notably supported the carve-out of a fiber operator in Spain and Latam, helped a leading manufacturer to improve its commercial performance in the US and Germany, led several commercial effectiveness and costs efficiency projects in France for retail and for business services investments. Prior to this, Antoine has operational responsibilities at Carrefour, a leading French retailer, including in store management and in procurement. Antoine started his career as a strategy consultant, working at McKinsey & Co for 5 years. Antoine graduated from Sciences Po Paris and the ESSEC business school in Paris, and has an executive MBA from the London Business School and the Columbia University in New York
