Bio

Andrew Williams joined Advent in 2021 and works with management teams across Europe to improve performance and support value creation. Previously, he was part of the operating team at Providence Strategic Growth, where he worked with European scale up companies in the technology sector supporting go-to-market initiatives. Prior to Providence, he worked with Vista Equity Partners, both as part of the management team of a UK-based portfolio company and initially as part of the operating team in the US. Before this, Andrew worked with Dell focused on M&A and global transformation and he started his career at Accenture in London where he served clients in the communications, high tech and retail sectors. Andrew has a BSc in Management Science from the University of Warwick, UK.
